Raising Concerns
At Woodside we invite parents and carers to approach us with any queries, comments or concerns they may have; we take parents' views very seriously.
Our leadership team is very proactive in engaging with parents. We ensure that parents or carers will be able to find us in the playground on both sites, before and after school every day, so please feel free to approach us to discuss anything you would like.
When dealing with any issues, we ensure the child's best interest lies at the heart of decided outcomes.
Please refer to the flowchart below that explains the process that parents need to follow to ensure all queries are dealt with swiftly and appropriately.
